A global food company sought to optimize its product lines and packaging formats for the club store retail channel.

We conducted in-home and in-store ethnographic interviews to understand the purchase journey and the specific challenges and needs for the club channel.
Results
Our work led to new product concepts, changes to packaging sizes and formats, and in-store merchandising. Our client also used these insights to create partnerships with additional retail partners.
