
Better Understanding the Teen Audience
Situation
A major retailer wanted to learn about the lifestyles, shopping needs and habits of teens in order to create custom programs for this audience.
Engagement
We ran separate online communities for teens and parents over the course of seven days, then used the insights to develop a survey that further explored these issues with teens and parents.
Results
The knowledge culled from our work was used by the retailer as a foundation for developing retail tools and experiences specifically designed for the teen shopper.
