Giving Teens the Retail Environment They Want
A global shoe and clothing company wanted to develop in-store and online experiences for teens that would meet their needs, and be age-appropriate and on-trend.
We conducted focus groups and brainstorming sessions in which teens and their parents spent time together in the same room as well as apart from each other. In each session, an artist translated their ideas into illustrations so that we could further explore future possibilities in real time.
Based on this work, the client developed experiences for teens that better served their shopping needs and closely reflected their attitudes about the category.
