A mobile gaming company needed to improve the user experience of its desktop and mobile games.

Engagement

We conducted user experience interviews, focus groups and surveys to understand gamers’ perceptions and experiences regarding the company’s desktop and mobile games, and learn which features and design elements would improve gameplay and overall enjoyment.

Results

The gaming experience was improved, helped the company achieve a ranking as high as number two in top-grossing daily apps.
