Boosting the Visitor Experience at an Iconic Attraction
An iconic Seattle tourist attraction was seeking to better understand its different types of visitors, their motivations for visiting and their experiences on-site.
We reached out to previous visitors through an online survey; the issues we uncovered were then explored in greater detail via one-on-one interviews. Based on these insights, we developed a segmentation of the audiences and recommended which ones to primarily target.
The client utilized our segmentation insights to make changes to its on-site experiences and offerings, and develop more effective marketing messages and channels.
